J.U.M.P. (Just Understand My Potential) is a 501 (c)(3) youth development nonprofit that builds resilient leaders and responsible community members through adventure based, experiential learning in an outdoor setting. Youth are encouraged to challenge themselves in new experiences facilitated by caring adult mentors.
In addition to grant writing and solicitation of donations, JUMP needs an annual fundraiser to raise community awareness of our work, build camaraderie among our staff and those we serve while raising money to further our mission. The Executive Director has a concept and is looking for a committee lead with Marketing and Project Management skills to work with our youth channel partner(s) to develop this concept into an event in 2023 with the goal of revenue generation by 2024.
