J.U.M.P. (Just Understand My Potential) is a 501 (c)(3) youth development nonprofit that builds resilient leaders and responsible community members through adventure based, experiential learning in an outdoor setting. Youth are encouraged to challenge themselves in new experiences facilitated by caring adult mentors.
Need/Goal: Destination fees, transportation, and food, are the costs that dominate our trips. Beyond traditional marketed destinations there is an untapped market comprised of successful adults and families that have vacation or 2nd homes and while not ready or able to commit to ongoing support, would relish the opportunity to open their property for a small group of youth to enjoy a weekend getaway to a unique destination. A committee lead is needed to create a marketing and outreach program around this concept.
