- Participants may run or walk either in person or on their own as a virtual participant.
- As part of our decade-long tradition, our in-person participants will also enjoy visiting tables hosted by local service organizations as part of our mental health fair.
- Our established 3.1 mile family-friendly scenic route, starting and ending at Heywood Hospital, will be enjoyed by all as we celebrate 10 years of hosting our HH5K.
Proceeds from this year’s event will be directed towards increased mental health programming and support to our community’s youth, families, and schools as we continue to adjust to COVID-19 and the added behavioral health stressors the pandemic is having.
