The hospice specific mission is to support the patient in their own home or in an environment of their choosing surrounded by the people and things they love. We feel privileged to assist with this stage of life?s journey. Hospice provides palliative and compassionate care in the final stages of a life limiting or terminal illness. We maintain the philosophy that every person deserves to live each moment of life with respect and dignity.

Our vision is to distinguish ourselves as a leader in home and community health delivery through the stellar quality of our services, the passion of our people and the compassionate nature of our care. We are part of MetroWest Medical Center which includes hospitals in Framingham, Natick and St. Vincent's Hospital in Worcester. Our service area includes central MA as far north as Leominster, west towards the Brookfields, south to Webster and Douglas areas, and MetroWest to the east.
