Community Harvest Project

Who We Are

We are a nonprofit farming organization with a mission to engage and educate volunteers to grow fruits and vegetables for local hunger relief. Our partners throughout Central and Eastern Massachusetts distribute the produce grown on our two properties to our neighbors in need. In 2025 we grew and donated over 250,000 lbs. or approximately 1.46 million servings of food to those seeking hunger relief services in our community. This work would not be possible without the 6,300+ volunteers that assisted us in this work last year.

What We Do

CHP hosts individuals and groups of 5-100 volunteers on our 15 acre farm in Grafton, MA, growing 40 varieties of fresh produce which is donated to 26 community partners feeding our neighbors in need.
We provide a space for community to come together and work towards a common goal in a beautiful setting. Together, we help others understand the need to raise awareness around hunger and the impacts of poor diet on our community.
A day on our farms is the perfect team building activity for a group of colleagues, a church or civic group and for families.
