Who We Are
The Sundial is owned by the non-profit First Parish Housing of Fitchburg. The project is regulated by HUD as to the rents charged and its operating methods.
What We Do
The Sundial is a ten-story building with 164 apartments. 119 for singles, and 45 for couples. A friendly, independent place to live in the heart of the Montachusett Region. The Sundial promises convenience & comfort all at a moderate price. Owned & managed by the non-profit First Parish Housing of Fitchburg, Inc.
