May is National Older American's Month. Check our volunteer opportunities to find a way to brighten an elder's day. Spending time with an older individual can be one of the most rewarding volunteer experiences. If you enjoy the company of seniors, this is a great time to get together with a elder family member, neighbor or friend. Consider contacting a local nursing facility's Activity Director to help with an activity or do some visiting. Whatever you do, it will be appreciated by the senior!
