What We Do

Our Goals

While our goals are focused on education, income and health, because these are the building blocks for a good quality of life, we’ve never lost sight of the importance of providing basic needs—food and utility assistance—which helps keep families fed and warm during the winter months.

How We Work To Achieve Our Goals

What sets United Way apart from many charities, is how we work to achieve our goals:

We work diligently to recruit people, companies and nonprofit organizations from across the community who bring the passion, expertise and resources needed to get things done.
We firmly believe that we can accomplish so much more by connecting people to people, needs to resources, experts to advocates, and get real commitments for action.
